The 1738 series of I/O Modules combine power and flexibility with an On-Machine design.  The digital versions include many different voltage options, and many different input output options.  The analog modules are great for RTD and thermocouple heat management, as well as channel-level data alarming.

Product features allow engineers to mount anywhere on the machine without a cabinet, close to the sensors and actuators, for shorter cable runs.  Accommodating up to 63 I/O modules per network node, Allen Bradley provides greater local control.  The 1738 series enables the PLC to monitor the health of remote modules up to point level diagnostics.  On-Machine solutions offer simpler wiring layouts and connections, which furthermore will reduce training times and costs.
